PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a rotation position detector and control itself, by controlling the peak value of an armature current, and giving the phase of a rectangular voltage by forward feeding. SOLUTION: A three-phase voltage command issuing part 15 finds voltage commands to be 120 deg. conduction on the basis of a voltage output phase command ϕ and a peak voltage value command Vm referring to a positional signal ϕ, and sends out three-phase voltage commands Vu, Vv, Vw to an inverter 18. The inverter 18 drives a PM motor 11 on the basis of the voltage commands Vu, Vv, Vw. At this time, currents to be supplied to the PM motor 11 are detected by current detectors 19a, 19b, and supplied to a peak current value computing part 21 as detected current values Iu, I÷ to compute a peak current value Im. This peak current value Im is controlled by a current control system 17, and voltage phases are given by forward feeding. |
