PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a line communication quality deterioration in the case that information is not always sent from an antenna whose radio propagation status is satisfactory when a transmitting antenna for a down line is erroneously selected or when a radio propagation status fluctuates faster than an antenna selection cycle at the time of performing transmission diversity. SOLUTION: A base station 101 distributes information signals to a mobile station (1) 106, separately spreads them with different spread codes and separately sends them from two antennas (3) 104 and (4) 105 wherein it is estimated that a radio propagation status with the station (1) 106 is satisfactory. The station (1) 106 receives a combined wave of both signals and separately performs inverse spread of the two spread codes. A mobile station (2) 107 is the same with the station (1) 106. This makes it possible to simultaneously send the same information from plural different antennas and to suppress the deterioration of a communication quality even when one transmitting antenna is erroneously selected and when the fluctuation of a radio propagation status is fast.
