PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a first aid system which enables a first-aid report even when an emergency state having difficulty in conversation occurs. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a telephone number transmitter/ receiver 1 to be activated by the operation of switch 11 for transmitting the telephone number of present station and a data base 32 for storing caller information corresponding to the received telephone number at a first aid center 3 for receiving the telephone number from the telephone number transmitter/ receiver 1, the data base 32 is retrieved based on the telephone number from the telephone number transmitter/receiver 1, and the relevant caller information can be recognized on the side of center 3. Thus, the information of caller is easily acquired on the side of first aid center 3 and even when there is the difficulty in the conversation due to the caller or in the dial operation of telephone set, the emergency state is reported to the first aid center 3 so that speedy first-aid processing is enabled. |
