PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method in which a nerve agonist to be evaluated can be evaluated surely by a method wherein a subject is dosed with an antagonist so as to stimulate a skin, the subject is dosed additionally with the nerve agonist, to be evaluated, so as to stimulate the skin and a change in the flow rate of blood in a somatesthesia visual field by both is measured. SOLUTION: A subject is dosed with a blocking agent (an antagonist) with reference to a specific nervous system, and a change based on the blocking agent to the brain of the subject is induced. A first skin stimulus is given as a somatesthesia stimulus, and the change amount of a local cerebrovascular bloodstream (rCBF) in the part of the brain corresponding to a stimulus before and after the stimulus is measured. In addition, the subject is dosed with a nerve agonist to be evaluated, a second skin stimulus is given, and the change amount of the rCBF before and after the stimulus is measured in the same manner. When the change amounts of the rCBF are compared, it is possible to judge an effect by which the nerve agonist to be evaluated recovers the rCBF which is suppressed by the blocking agent. By this method, a monkey which is close to a human being is used in a state that it is not anesthetized, a dementia state is induced by an antagonist, and the nerve agonist to be evaluated can be evaluated.
