PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to magnetize using a magnetization yoke and to measure the magnetic flux at the magnetized sections at the same time by providing a rotary machine with a rotor, an indexing disc, a magnetization yoke, a positioning pin, and a magnetic flux detecting head. SOLUTION: After mounting a rotor 1 on a rotary shaft 2, the rotor 1 is rotated and the location of a magnetic pole in the rotor 1 to be magnetized is determined by an indexing disc 3 and then a magnetization yoke 4 is drawn near to the surface of the rotor 1, keeping a specified magnetization gap between the magnetization yoke 4 and the rotor 1, and then a positioning pin 6 is inserted and fixed in a pin hole 3a of the indexing disc 3. Nextly, DC current is allowed to flow in a coil of the magnetization yoke 4 to generate magnetic flux and magnetize the magnetic pole of the rotor 1. After magnetization of the magnetic pole, strong magnetic attraction force works between the rotor 1 and the magnetization yoke 4. Therefore, pull-out force overcoming the magnetic attraction force is developed by a directly operated equipment using hydraulic pressure to separate the magnetization yoke 4 from the rotor 1 and move it back to a predetermined position. After that, the rotor 1 is rotated by the indexing disc 3 and magnetization is repeated in the same manner. |
