PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic operation system which has superior test efficiency and superior simulation precision and is low-cost by allowing a personal computer to output the code of equipment to be operated and the code of an item to be operated to an external sequencer and allowing the external sequencer to perform time management, decides the codes of the equipment and item to be operated, and output object operation data. SOLUTION: In the personal computer and external sequencer, the codes of the equipment and item to be operated are set according to a simulator constitution model and a processing function is provided which puts the codes and an operation indication value together into one piece of operation data and sends the data to the external sequencer through a data transmission line. The external sequencer is provided with a time control counter which operates in fixed cycles and the counter is started with an operation start signal from the personal computer. Then the time when the external sequencer receives operation data from the personal computer is calculated as operation start time from the time control counter. |
