<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To response to the existence of human being so as to turn on an electric equipment, and save the energy by outputting the movement of a material inside a monitor area as a movement vector with a movement vector detecting device, and controlling turning on/off of the electric equipment in response to the movement vector. SOLUTION: A camera is arranged in a chamber 1 as a monitor area 1, and image data of the chamber 1 is sent to a movement vector detecting device 3. The movement vector detecting device 3 displaces a real image and a following image after the predetermined frames by the quantity of a vector within a detection range, and detects the movement vector on the basis of a displaced variable at the time of overlap of the images. A control unit 4 judges whether a human being 8 exists in the chamber 1 or not on the basis of the output of the movement vector detecting device 3, and in the case of YES, the control device 4 lights a light 6, and controls a switch 5 so as to maintain the lighting condition of the light 6 during the time when a human being exists. In the case of NO, since the output from the movement vector detecting device 3 is not detected, the control device 4 controls the light 6 to be turned off.</p> |
