PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure high security of authentication information by displaying received encryption data when the shape of an input image is coincident with that of an image registered in advance in a memory to authenticate a concerned person with a simple operation. SOLUTION: When password information is entered on a touch panel, a control section enters an entry position of the password information as coordinate data (step S1) so as to discriminate whether or not the input position is a correct position (step S2). When the discrimination of the input position is 'NO', the control section does not display received hand-written characters or image information on an LCD (step S5). When the discrimination denotes 'YES', shape data of authentication password information registered in a memory section are compared with shape data of entered password information (step S3). When the shape data of both the authentication information are not coincident, the received hand-written characters and image information is not displayed on the LCD (step S5), and when coincident, the information is given to a display control section and then displayed on the LCD (step S4). |
