PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the developing quality of an electrostatic latent image by preventing the inner layer and the surface layer of a developing roller from being peeled. SOLUTION: An electrical conductive elastic roller part 11 formed at the outside circumferenctial part of the core bar 7 of the developing roller 1 is constituted of the inner layer 8, the surface layer 9 and an intermediate adhesive layer 10 making the layers 8 and 9 adhere. Since the layer 10 is formed so as to be provided with adhesion with respect to both of the layers 8 and 9, the layers 8 and 9 are made to firmly adhere. Thus, even when stress is retained at the adhesive surface between the layers 8 and 9 with time, the layers 8 and 9 are not peeled and the layer 9 is prevented from floating up. Besides, the layer 9 is also prevented for wrinkling because it is brought into contact with the other member. Thus, the developing quality of the electrostatic latent image is enhanced. |
