PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the capacity of a toner bank while avoiding an increase in the size of the device, and to prevent toner deterioration being a drawback in the case of increasing the capacity, which is due to electrification caused by friction of toner particles against each other. SOLUTION: In a toner bank 300 a plurality of toner bottles 220 are set vertically. The opening of each toner bottle 22 can be opened and closed independently and also rotated and driven around its axis independently. Toner which has fallen into the toner bank 300 is supplied to a developing device 106 by a flexible toner-carrying-means composed of a powder pump unit 330 and a flexible toner-supply-pipe 350. |
