PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain firing at a temperature lower than the melting point of silver while maintaining characteristics of ferrite, by specifying a composition expressed by a specified formula. SOLUTION: CoO, CuO, PbO, BaCO3 , SrCO3 , and Fe2 O3 as materials are scaled to a predetermined composition, then mixed by a ball mill, and temporarily fired. This temporarily fired substance is crushed by the ball mill. By adding a binder or the like to this and then molding and firing the substance, a material having a composition expressed by a formula (CO1-x Cux )O. 3(Ba0.5-y/2 .Sr0.5-y/2 .Pby )O.zFe2 O3 (where x, y and z represent mol) is obtained. In this case, x, y and z hold the relations of 0.2<=x<=0.4, 0.1<=y<=0.2 and 9<=z<=12, respectively. |
