SOLUTION: A holder 42 is supported by a shaft 43 provided on a movable base 3 whereon a magnetic head is mounted, so as to be freely rotatable and freely movable back and forth, and the idle rotary body 40 is energized in the direction Fb. In the recording or reproducing mode, the movable base 30 is moved in the direction (1) and the idle rotary body 40 is pressed in contact with a driving shaft 13 and the rotary body 11a of the driven side at the side of a reel shaft 11.
