<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer power source control system in which the power source of a printer can be controlled according to the state of the power source of a personal computer. SOLUTION: A signal indicating a connecting state between personal computers 10-1-10-n and a server 30 is outputted only from the personal computer in an available states to the server 30. Only when the signal is outputted from the personal computers 10-1-10-n to the server 30, an instruction signal for controlling a power source is transmitted from the server 30 to a printer 20, and the power source of the printer 20 is controlled based on the instruction signal transmitted from the server 30. Thus, the power source of the printer 20 can be controlled based on the state of the power sources of the personal computers 10-1-10-n.</p> |
