PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for an external temperature correction circuit, by using a passive part for prescribing the oscillation frequency of an oscillation circuit as a passive part with a specific temperature coefficient, and setting the temperature coefficient nearly identical to the temperature coefficient of the resonance frequency of a vibrator. SOLUTION: The oscillation frequency of an oscillation circuit 2 is determined by the repetition of charging/discharging of a capacitor C1. Then, by merely selecting the temperature coefficient of the passive element of a resistor and a capacitor for prescribing an oscillation frequency due to the configuration with the oscillation circuit as a standard, the oscillation circuit 2 with a temperature coefficient that is nearly identical to the temperature coefficient of a vibration actuator can be configured without providing any special circuit for external temperature correction, thus driving the vibration actuator stably, eliminating the need for adding an external circuit for temperature correction, preventing the number of parts from increasing, improving reliability and yield on manufacturing, and reducing manufacturing costs. |
