PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal the through-hole of a covering member securely by a plug while the assembly ease is not degraded. SOLUTION: The rigidity of a covering member 70 is larger than the rigidity of a plug 76 which can be deformed elastically and seales a through-hole 75 formed through the covering member 70. The plug 76 has circumferential groove 76a to which the inner circumferential part of the through-hole 75 is fitted and recess 76b formed at least on one end side. Synthetic resin 77 which is cured in the recess 76b and has a larger rigidity than the plug 76 is fluid before curing in order to be cast into the recess 76b in a state that the inner circumferential part of the through-hole 75 is fitted to the circumferential groove 76a. The dimensions of the cured synthetic resin 77 is so predetermined as not to be able to pass through the through-hole 75.
|
