<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire stripper suitable for stripping wires with a plurality of diameters and carrying out stepped stripping for a plurality of coating layers concurrently. SOLUTION: A wire stripper has a holding mechanism, in which a holding member 2 goes near to a wire from the outside and the wire is held at a center of each side in a triangular shape, and a stripping mechanism, in which the wire held by the holding mechanism is stripped continuously. In addition, a plurality of wire strippers are put at intervals on the same axial line and operated in an interlocking way so that many coating layers, such as sheath, a shield layer, and an insulating layer, are stripped at the same time.</p> |
