<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrong data from being outputted when a logic circuit in turning on a power source is in an unstable state by using two logic circuits within a control circuit and taking negative OR or negative AND of two outputs. SOLUTION: An input terminal 101 is connected to a logic circuit 104 by way of an inverter circuit 103 and is connected directly to a logic circuit 105. In addition, an input terminal 102 is connected directly to the circuits 104 and 105. Then the outputs of the circuits 104, 105 and a NOR circuit 106 are connected and the output of the circuit 106 is connected to an output terminal 107. Two circuits 104 and 105 are used like this to output data mutually opposite positive/negative data to take the negative OR or negative AND in a state that a logic circuit in turning on a power source is not controlled from the circuits 104 and 105 because of its unstability. Thus, wrong data are not outputted even when the logic circuit in turning on a power source is unstable.</p> |
