PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect the wind blowing against a wind collector stand of a generator in horizontal driving vanes and thereby rotate the driving vanes efficiently by fixing a non-magnetic angular installation plate to the wind collector stand. SOLUTION: When the wind is blowing from a certain direction, horizontal driving vanes 2 are rotated clockwise by the transverse wind A directly striking a wind-swept face 2d of each horizontal driving vane and the wind B indirectly flowing into a space 17 from a wind collector stand 1 and a roof 11. In this case, the winds A and B directly pass through the space 17 following the flow of the wind and first to second wind-swept faces 2a-2c clear their ways through the winds A, B. Therefore, the winds blowing against the wind collector stand 1 of a generator can be collected in the horizontal driving vanes 2 and, at the same time, the wind entering the open space is allowed to go. As a result, the horizontal driving vanes 2 can be rotated efficiently. |
