PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate narrow pitch, multiple terminals, and high density surface mountings, and allow short-circuit failure not to occur even if the narrower pitch is developed. SOLUTION: Solder fusion faces 12 of predetermined area are provided at the respective one side ends of plural contacts 1, correspondingly connected to the plural respective contacts of a counter connector. Plural recessed solder dam portions 22 taking the plural solder contact 1 solder fusing faces 12 as bottom faces and having a predetermined depth are provided on a mounting side face to the mounting board of an insulation base 2 holding the plural contacts 1 and molding formed. Plural solder balls 3, fused to the respective solder fusion faces 12 of the plural solder dam portions 22 and protruding semisphere-like from the mounting side face, are provided. The sidewalls of the solder dam portions 22 are used as guides at the fusing time of the solder balls 3. |
