摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device by which excellent image quality and excellent productivity are obtained by using transmitted light scattering performance control film constituted of thermoplastic high polymer resin oriented film having a part incorporating many fine holes at inside. SOLUTION: The transmitted light scattering performance control film 1 constituted of the thermoplastic high polymer resin oriented film having the part incorporating many fine holes at the inside is installed on the rear face side and/or the surface side of a liquid crystal layer 5 to an observer. The transmitted light scattering performance control film 1 is oriented film made of the thermoplastic high polymer resin by processing such as stretching or the like, and has many holes at the inside of film. In the case that parallel light ray spectral transmission factors measured by wavelengths 500 nm and 1500 nm are respectively set as T 500(%) and T1500(%), it is desirable to be 0.5<=T1500/T 500<=30 and also 3%<=T 500(%)<=85% as the transmitted light scattering performance control film 1.
