PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the PC card which can enhance the secrecy of data stored in the memory. SOLUTION: For writing, data from a host system device 2 are written in a memory part 7 by using a buffer circuit part 5 and for reading, data read out of the memory part 7 are stored in a register 6 and never outputted to the host system device 2 if the address assigned to the register 6 is not specified by the host system device 2. |
