PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method and device for generating care plane table by which an assessment table is generated whenever it is necessary and a problem area, a problem point and a case are specified and a care plan is generated. SOLUTION: The method and device are so constituted as to perform process in order. Namely, a combination master, a problem point specifying condition master, and a problem point specifying master are registered in advance, a face sheet and an assessment table for an individual to be taken care of are generated, and a decision period in the problem point specifying condition master and an assessment value corresponding to a decision condition are taken out of the assessment table; and the problem point code of the problem condition corresponding to the assessment value is taken out of the combination master, the problem area, problem point item, weight, care item, and problem point corresponding to the problem point are specified out of the contents of the problem point specifying master to generate tables in order. |
