PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish the system that increases recycling promotion while expanding waste tire treating facilities, defines the rule from production to disposal, and can functionally treat waste tires for business. SOLUTION: The system for recycling business is constructed which collects tires to be disposed of by charging successive collection from tire production makers (3) to disposal and treatment companies (10) on a prepaid card cutdown basis through distribution sections (prepaid card supply company (1), tentatively named tire association (2), tire production maker (3), automobile production maker (4), tire sale company (5), filling station, automobile accessory shop, supermarket, convenience store (6), user (7), tire collection center (8), tire transport company (9), and disposal and treatment company (10)). On the prepaid card cutdown system, the user prepays a disposal charge when purchasing new tires and when the tires are disposed of, only a prepaid card is freely purchased, thereby managing the distribution of the tires to be disposed of by a computer with the prepaid card. |
