PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a fine pattern with a simple structure, and easily provide high strength and a large screen. SOLUTION: An organic EL element is provided with a transparent electrode 14 in which a transparent electrode material such as ITO is formed on the front surface of a transparent substrate 10, a light emitting layer 16 formed of an organic EL material of a hall transfer material 15 formed on the transparent electrode 14, an electron transfer material 17, and the other light emitting material, and a back surface electrode 18 laminated on the light emitting surface 16 and formed so as to face the transparent electrode 14. Through holes 13 are formed on the transparent substrate 10 at the specified pitches, the transparent electrodes 14 are independently insulated for each light emitting unit of the light emitting layer 16 and continuously formed in the through holes 13 of the transparent substrate 10, the transparent substrate 10 is laminated on the semiconductor substrate 12 of Si, and an electrode for each light emitting unit is connected to a driving circuit 20 for emitting light, formed on the semiconductor substrate 10 through each through hole 13. The semiconductor substrate 12 is provided with opening parts 11 as through holes facing the light emitting parts except for the forming part of the driving circuit 20 for each light emitting unit. |
