PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium and a picture generating device that can quickly instruct for the destination of the movement or action of a display object. SOLUTION: An instruction for a position 32 is given by using a gun type controller (a light transmission type controller capable of giving instruction for an arbitrary position on a screen by light transmission to a screen side), and when the coordinate is detected, a character 30 is moved to the position 32. Also, when an item or an enemy character is present at the position 32, this is obtained or attached by the character 30d. When a trigger 21 is pulled, the character starts moving, and continues moving when the trigger 21 is pulled even after the character reaches the position 32. The direction of the character 30 is changed according to the instructed position of the gun type controller 20. Conversation screens are passed on by pulling the trigger 21. It is possible to enjoy both a shooting mode and a roll playing mode without re-connecting the gun type controller 20 with another controller. |
