PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make visible of the irradiated position with laser beams safely without using a protective glass. SOLUTION: An irradiated member 1 is irradiated with visible light 2 by a visible light irradiating means 33, set state detecting means 41, 42, 43 and 5 detect the irradiated member 1 not to be in the specified set state, and irradiation forbidding means 62 and 63 inhibit the laser beam irradiation, so that any operator on the position receiving any incoming reflected light by the angle, etc., of the irradiated member 1 may protect his eyes against the reflected light without wearing a protective glass. |
