PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a flat square film coil wire which is used for a flat air-core coil and uses a conductive thin body having freely-settable flatness. SOLUTION: A flat square film coil wire having freely-settable flatness is obtained by forming a laminated body 4 by sticking a thin insulating body 2 to the upper surface of a thin conductive body 1 and forming a thermally fusible adhesive 3 on the upper surface of the insulating body 2 by printing and cutting the laminated body 4 to a specific width, and then, providing a firm resin film 5 by electrically making an insulating resin in an electrically conductive aqueous solution to deposit to three fares, bottom face and two side faces, of the laminated body 4 and baking the rein. |
