PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light beacon data output device that does not reduce the quantity of light of an LED and is hard to deteriorate even when an emission part is miniaturized. SOLUTION: The transmission interval of uplink data is short and dense at first, and then becomes gradually long and coarse so that it is not continuous, thus preventing an LED from deteriorating and at the same time positively receiving the data by a light beacon on a road even if a vehicle enters a light beacon region at a high speed or a low speed. Also, at least one of a waiting period until uplink data transmission, the number of cycles of transmission uplink data, and the uplink data transmission space is controlled corresponding to entry speed into the light beacon region, and the transmission pattern of optimum uplink data is provided, thus eliminating the load of a light-emitting diode. Furthermore, the length of the uplink data (the number of bytes) is judged, and the number of transmission cycles of the uplink data and the uplink interval are changed corresponding to the number of bytes. |
