摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a more accurate count measurement without increasing the oscillation frequency of an oscillator when counting and measuring the ultrasonic beam distance by utilizing an oscillator in an ultrasonic flaw detection device. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic beam distance counter circuit counts and measures the distance time of ultrasonic beams until ultrasonic signals being transmitted for a specimen are reflected and return by utilizing the oscillation output of an oscillator, an oscillator 1 starts oscillating in synchronization with a count measurement start signal (a) that is inputted synchronously to the oscillator 1 and shifts the phase of an oscillation pulse that is outputted from the oscillator at a plurality of stages and creates a plurality of delay signals. Also, a delay circuit 2 for creating a state identification signal using the delay signals is provided. A count measurement is made by using an original count measurement value (e) by a counter circuit 4 and state data (d) that are obtained by utilizing a stage identification signal (c) that is outputted from the delay circuit during a count measurement period that is initiated by a count measurement starting signal.
