PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain simplification of a change work and a service changeover work by having correspondence of a program request from a receiver terminal to a control command of a video server, an operation control table storage part which stores operation guide data for operating a program and a program guide generation part which generates program guide data by using the operation control table. SOLUTION: A system control device 102 has a terminal communication part, which receives requests from receiver terminals 107, 108 and 109 or transmits program selection information to each terminal 107, 108 and 109. Also a server communication room, which transmits a video server control command or acquires video server drive information and an operation table, which describes information of contents in a video server, and operation information such as reproduction control information of the video server by a request from the receiver terminal or the like, are stored. A system operator stores the operation control table that is recorded on a recording medium such as a floppy disk and the like via information input part in the operation control table storage part and can be easily updated. |
