PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely execute the raise of the edge part of a card and to easily separate the card by providing a non-adhesive section so as to correspond to a cut-off section between first and second sheets which are made quasi-adhesive and capable of being peeled off. SOLUTION: An adhesive 10 which is applied between a first sheet 8 and a second sheet 9 and has weak adhesive strength, is constituted as a quasi- adhesive layer. Moreover, two stripe-shaped non-adhesive sections 12 without paste are provided in parallel between the sheets 8 and 9 without applying the adhesive 10 having weak adhesive strength. Therefore, an edge section 8a on the card side of the sheet 8 is separated from an edge section 8b on the card peripheral section side by the sheet cut-off section corresponding to the cut-off section in the section 12. The edge section 8a and 8b are not made quasi-adhesive against the sheet 9 and they are merely in an overlapped state to each other. Thus, in the case of detaching a card section 3, the portion between the sheets 8 and 9 is easily opened when the sheet cut-off section corresponding to the section 12 is bent while pushing the section from the lower side.
