PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to automatically receive an electronic mail (E mail) through plural providers. SOLUTION: A connecting condition for a provider is supplied to a communication setting means 21, which registers a connection information file 41 corresponding to the provider. When there is no connecting information file 41 corresponding to the provider, connecting information file 41 is newly prepared and registered. A cyclic setting means 22 registers provider cyclic information applied from an input device 1 in a provider's cyclic information file 42. When a 'reception' request is specified, an E mail starting means 31 reads out the file 42, inputs the connection information file 41 corresponding to the provider in the read file 42, substitutes current connection information for the read connection information, and accesses an E mail execution means 32. The means 32 executes the connection of the provider, the reception of the E mail and the disconnection of the provider. |
