PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage an occurrence state of illegal use of a special passing plate by comparing identification information recorded on a passing ticket with identification information recorded on the special passing plate and storing a prescribed special passing plate utilizing state including the comparison result. SOLUTION: A passing ticket processing section 11, a track control section 12 and a data processing section 13 configure a special passing plate check device that checks a professional plate at an exit. The track control section 12 compares the identification information recorded on the passing ticket and read by the passing ticket processing section 11, that is, the identification information of the actual passing train with the identification information recorded on the special passing plate, that is, the identification information of a specific train being an issue object of the special passing plate. Then whether or not the actual passing train has a right of use of the special passing plate is discriminated and the special passing plate using information including the discrimination result and denoting the utilizing state is stored in a storage section 133 of the data processing section 13. Thus, the occurrence state of illegal use is managed based on the information. |
