PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate any influence on a detection signal with high accuracy and at a low cost when the amplitude and phase of a leakage signal are changed due to a temperature change or the like by digitizing a driving signal and a detection signal of an oscillatory gyro to be processed. SOLUTION: An angular speed detector includes oscillatory gyro 1 and a control mechanism 5. A digital driving signal is output from a CPU 9 to be given through an D/A converter 6 to drive side vibrators 2a, 2b, and the vibration is returned through a first A/D converter 7 to the CPU 9 to be amplified and again output. Thus, it is possible to cope with a change in resonance frequency of a driving vibration system due to a temperature change. Signals of detection side vibrators 3a, 3b are digitized by a second A/D converter 8, designated processing such as fine adjustment for the phase part or the like is conducted by the CPU 9 to remove contribution of a leakage signal from the detection signal. The phase difference from the gyro signal of the leakage signal is changed remarkably and, non-linearly by the temperature change, but the conditions of such phase difference are stored in a memory 10 to cope with the change. |
