PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver data to a terminal at a low cost by consisting of a terminal, etc., confirming a receiving state based on received control data and requesting the resending of data to a satellite communication system by way of a network when data can not be received normally, so as to secure security. SOLUTION: A user center 3, which has received a delivery request from a terminal 5, acquires received ID information on the side of a satellite from a destination by referring to a destination conversion table 34 and transmits delivery information to a pertinent terminal 1 by way of a satellite data communication earth station 6 and a communication satellite 7. At this point, the user center 3 sets receiving ID on the side of the satellite acquired from the table 34 to delivery data and adds an inspecting program to the data to transmit. The terminal 1 automatically starts an inspecting program in received data and this inspecting program checks received data to transmit a retransmission request to the user center 3 through a network 2 when unreceived data or erroneous data exists. |
