The invention concerns a motor vehicle disk brake, comprising two brake elements (10, 40) mobile with respect to each other, clamping means, two friction elements (17, 20), guide means enabling the caliper (10) to slide relative to the support (40). The invention is characterised in that the guide means further comprise at least one first guide tube (49) connected to the fixed support (40), perpendicular to the disk (30), and wherein is bored a first hole (53), and said first guide tube (49) outer surface (55) receives the respective sliding first ends (24, 25) of the friction elements (17, 20).
