The hollow chambers have the same shape and size and are introduced using a manufacturing process into the material in spatial relation to each other. The outer cladding of the hollow body is made of plastics sheeting, recycled plastics, paper or glass. The hollow bodies can be joined together one beneath the other. A layer of concrete is covered with a layer of 'bubble wrap', used normally in the packing industry. The bubble wrap layer is then further covered with a layer of concrete.
