A method for manufacturing food of laminated structure from a plurality of doughs of materials differing in kind and/or composition, characterized by comprising a primary rolling step of forming primary rolled strips of formable doughs on a primary mill roll, a laminating step of superposing the strips one on another with predetermined vertical spacings on a laminator, and a secondary rolling step of rolling the superposed strips on a secondary mill roll to stick them to each other. The method makes it possible to simplify the process steps and maintain the quality of products. The method can cope with a change in the number of layers without greatly modifying the forming equipment. |
