The invention concerns a package for a product consisting of a support for the product or dish (1) and a plastic film or foil (3) tied to the support for the product or plate by means of a weld seam (4) so as to define a sealed pocket or chamber (2) containing the product, said weld seam having a first strippable zone (4A), a second non-strippable or slightly strippable zone (4B) and an intermediate strippable zone, the intermediate strippable zone (4C, 4D) requiring greater stripping force than that required by the first zone.
