The cover extends over the axial keyhole in the shut position. A guide (7,7') at the periphery of the cylinder (2) extends at right angles to the latter's axis, and in this the cover (3) is adjustable. A locking lug protruding from the cover can engage in a recess (16) in the cylinder adjacent to the keyhole (21) in the shut position. Where the cylinder is accommodated in an enclosing supporting component (5), guides can be formed in the latter's opposite outside walls and in which guide lugs on the cover work.
