The rear side of the mirror (1) is proved with a first L-shaped part (2) of a hook and loop fastener (3) is provided in at least one position. A second L-shaped part (7) of the fastener is provided in at least one position on the fixing position (6) for the mirror. Both parts of the fastener are unremovably fixed to the mirror or the fixing position, e.g. using adhesive. The fastener parts may be integrally formed as part of the rear side of the mirror and of the fixing position. The first part of the fastener, which preferably has 62 hooks/cm<2>, has more hooks than the second part of the fastener, which preferably has 26 hooks/cm<2>.
