A container (7), which can be emptied into the water, has a filling (3) of pieces of dead and already decaying shark, and preferably shark flesh. The filling is freeze dried and pressed into the form of pellets which may in disc, square or spherical shape. The container has a perforated cover, or a watertight cover with a quick release lock. An attachment is provided to connect the device to the clothing or to a piece of equipment of the individual in the water.
