The pressure regulating device has electromagnetically operable hydraulic valves (1) fitted to a valve block (2). Coils (4) can be fitted on the valves to project over the valve block, and a control and/or regulating device is electrically connected to the coils. A holding plate (6) runs roughly parallel to the surface of the valve block. One or more spools are fixed to this plate so that at least most of them are on the side of the holding plate facing away from the valve block.
