The mounting for a frame at an anchor point, of two parallel rods, uses a U-shaped section (1) of the frame which is of a material with plastic distortion. The facing legs (6,7) of the section (1) are each fitted with a groove-shaped notch (9), open to the end side. A common rod (2) is laid in both notches (9), of a diameter which is smaller than the width and depth of the notches (9). The notch (9) edges are distorted so that the gap between them is smaller than the diameter of the rod (2). The rod (2) is a spring steel wire.
