It comprises a groove 1 obtained in, as a minimum, one side or face of the stone, which groove extends parallel and close to the base of said stone. The groove forms a housing for receiving, by means of insertion, a rib forming the crowning part 8a of a central stem 8 of "T" section positioned normal to the base of a ring 5, hoop or the like, which has a "U"-shaped transverse section, with sides which are substantially taller than the aforesaid central stem.
