PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition having excellent tensile strength, compression set and permanent elongation by preliminarily kneading a chlorinated PE, etc., with an acrylic acid ester, a dehydrochlorinating and capturing agent and an organic peroxide and kneading the obtained component to a PP at a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by preliminarily kneading 100 pts.wt. of a chlorinated PE or a chlorosulfonated PE with 1-30 pts.wt. (preferably 3-20 pts.wt.) of an acrylic acid ester, 0.1-30 pts.wt. of a dehydrochlorinating and capturing agent (e.g. magnesium oxide) and 0.5-15 pts.wt. (preferably 1-5 pts.wt.) of an organic peroxide (e.g. methyl ethyl ketone peroxide) and kneading the obtained component to 5-50 pts.wt. (preferably 10-30 pts.wt.) of PP (based on 100 pts.wt. of the chlorinated PE or chlorosulfonated PE in the above component). |
