PURPOSE:To reduce load fluctuation on a transfer material carrier and to eliminate the fluctuation of the relative speed between the transfer material carrier and a member which rotatably contacts with the transfer material carrier in a copying machine or a printer in a system that a developed visible image is transferred to a transfer material. CONSTITUTION:Many projections 53 are formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the attracting rollers 52a and 52b of an attracting roller 21 which rotatably contacts with a transfer drum 50, and elastic members 54a and 54b whose hardness is lower than that of the projection 53 are provided to be wound on the ring members 50a and 50b of the drum 50 with which the attracting rollers contact, so that the projections 53 bite the elastic members 54a and 54b in the case of rotatably contact, and the roller 21 is surely followed to be rotated. Thus, the fluctuation of the relative speed between both of them and the load fluctuation are prevented, and deviation in transfer, color slurring and positional deviation in attraction are prevented from occurring. It is of course good that the projection is provided on the transfer drum and the elastic member is provided to be wound on the attracting roller. |
