The plastics tube comprises a composite structure (5,6,7) which can easily be rolled up. The tube has a cross-section which is sufficiently rigid to avoid creasing. The tube can be rolled up to form a circular structure with a radius of curvature up to 50 times the diameter of the tube. Also claimed is the circular structure which has at least ten complete turns that have a radius of curvature up to 30 times the diameter of the tube.
