PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the transfer of a product (rice ball sandwich) without causing the deformation or collapse of the product. SOLUTION: This product transfer apparatus is provided with a horizontally reciprocating rotary arm 1, a product positioning plate 2 suspended downward from the tip end of the rotary arm 1, a frame 3 for holding a product 9 and a vertically movable pressing plate 4. The rotary arm 1 is pivoted at an end on a frame to enable alternate switching between the part above the demolding position of the product 9 of an ingredient supplying turn table 13 and the part above a laver-wrapping mechanism C, etc. The holding frame 3 is horizontally reciprocative in longitudinal direction and has a fork 3b for holding the product 9 demolded upward from a 3rd forming mold 28 in a state horizontally protruded from the lower end forward. The product 9 is clamped from above and below with the pressing plate 4 and the holding frame 3. |
