A cam cap 40 is fixed in a direction crossing orthogonally to the axis S of the upper surface of a cylinder head. The cam cap forms bearing parts 44a in a position wherein the bearing parts are separated away from each other in a direction crossing the axis S and the cam shaft for suction and the cam shaft for exhaust are rotatably supported by the bearing parts. Further, a cap aperture 42a in which an ignition plug and a fuel rail are arranged is formed between the bearing parts in two spots.
